Great for micro weddings, birthday parties, open houses, baby showers, and more!

- 5 hour access to the entire property
- 3 Farmhouse style tables and 25 chairs
- Dry bar area and cooler (if alochol is being served you must use Due North Catering)
- Additional tables and chairs are available to rent
- Extra hours may be added on for an additional fee

- Portable luxury bathroom trailer – $700 (2 stall) or $850 (3 stall)
