How many guests does the venue hold?
The venue can accommodate up to 300 people!
The upper level of the barn can hold up to 150 guests for a ceremony
The upper level of the barn can hold up to 120 guests for a reception
The outdoor ceremony area can accommodate up to 300 people
What is the rental fee? What is included?
The rental fee is $4,500 for weddings with less than 150 guests.
Use of the barn for the day before your event (4 scheduled hours of setup) as well as two hours for a rehearsal. The day of your event from 11am-11pm (last call for alcohol is 10:30pm). You are also able to come back the day after your event to pick up any decorations, gives, or personal items left behind.
Two temperature controlled bridal suites – They both have places to hang up and store your items as well as chairs & mirrors for getting ready.
Farmhouse style tables & basic folding chairs – upgraded chairs available for an additional fee.
Basic portable bathrooms – luxury portable bathrooms available for an additional fee
Bar setup including a 4 tap kegerator and a beautiful wooden handmade bar
Set up & tear down
– – A tent is available for an additional fee – we are in the process of negotiating the 2023 fee

How long do we have the venue?
The venue is yours for three days – Thursday through Saturday or Friday through Sunday.
The day before your event you get 4 scheduled hours to setup (as early as 11am) as well as two hours for a rehearsal.
The day of your event from 11am-11pm (last call for alcohol is 10:30pm).
The day after your event you are able to come back to collect any decorations, gives or personal items left behind.
Is there a service charge?
There will be an 18% service charge on all food & beverages.
How much is the deposit? What is the payment plan?
We require a $1,000 non refundable deposit to secure your date!
1/2 the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the event and the final payment is due 3 weeks prior to the event.
What is not included?
Tent, upgrades for luxury restroom trailers, heaters, umbrellas, or chinaware.
We are happy to coordinate and provide these options for you at an additional fee.
Can we get married on site?
Absolutely! There is no additional charge, but you are responsible for providing and booking the officiant.
What bar caterers do you allow?
Due North Catering is the exclusive bar service for this venue! Due North is fully licensed and insured. Their bars are completely customizable to fit your group size & needs!
What food caterers do you allow?
Due North Catering can also be your food service if you are interested!
We do allow all licensed & insured caterers to cater your special day!
Can we do a food tasting with Due North Catering?
Yes! Tastings for Due North Catering are set up at Timbers Inn Restaurant & Tavern, 6555 Belding Rd NE, Rockford, MI 49341.
There is no charge for these tastings!
What about the other vendors?
As stated above, Due North Catering is the exclusive bar service for this venue. For everything else you are more than welcome to use your own or pick one from our list of suggested vendors including florists, photographers, videographers, bands, DJ’s, and more!
Can we bring our own decorations?
You may bring your own decorations in with the exception of: open flames (only battery operated candles will be admitted), glitter, confetti, artificial snow, Chinese lanterns, or fireworks (with the exception of sparklers).
Any decorations that you would like to hang or that you are unsure of need to be approved by our Catering Director!
